How and when can I register for membership this year?

Membership registration is currently open for both returning and new members. PLC has a membership cap of 300 memberships. New memberships are accepted on a first come, first served basis, when spots are available. There is NO waiting list. Phantom Lake Bath & Tennis Club WILL have space for new memberships is 2023.

 

For Club Membership:

  • First fill out a membership application online. You will receive an email confirmation from Google Forms once your application is received.

  • Within 24 hours, you will receive an email confirming a membership is available to you for the 2023 season.

  • The final step in completing your membership is paying the invoice that will be sent for the one-time initiation fee of $200 as well as the 2023 annual dues, based on which membership you chose. Membership spots are not secured until payment is completed as a limited number of new memberships are available. 

When do we need to remit payment?

To complete your membership application, you will need to remit payment within 30 days of your application to secure your spot. Those choosing to pay in 2 installments, the second half of your payment needs to be paid within 60 days of your application date. Payments not made by those dates results in your application being deleted from our system and you will lose your spot in line. These due dates apply to all forms of payment, online, mailing a check or making an appointment. 

How do we pay?

Payments can be made in 3 ways: 

·       by clicking the MAKE PAYMENT link, in the invoice you will receive via email, to use your card 

·       by mailing a check to the pool (15810 SE 24th St. Bellevue 98008) 

·       by making an appointment with me (clubmanager@phantomlakeclub.org) to pay in person at the club (debit, credit, check, cash, etc.) 

 

NOTE: If you wish to pay in full, via the link, you can just go in twice; no need to wait for the second due date.  

 

Notes:

·      Memberships must be paid in full before utilizing the facility

·      2023 season will run from Saturday May 20th through Labor Day weekend.

·      Calendar dates and times will be communicated in March

·      Registration dates for team sports will also begin in March. (Note: Swim team will begin the end of May and run through July but dates are set by Midlakes Swim league, not PLC)

·      Full payments, half payments, and initiation fees are not refundable.
