2026 Memberships
We are approaching our operational membership limit but still have some spots available.
The pool’s summer season will run from Saturday, May 16 through September 2026.
Memberships are capped to preserve the member experience.
We offer individual, couple & family memberships. New in 2026: we are offering a Couple Membership (two adults, 21+, living in the same household)*
Individual memberships are for those over the age of 21.
Family membership, per our by-laws, is defined as the members of one immediate family living together in the family home.
Membership dues are non-refundable, the only exception being catastrophic unanticipated change in circumstance (e.g., illness or death in the family, sudden loss of income) prior to season opening or usage of the facility.

Membership registration is currently open for both returning and new members. Phantom Lake Club (PLC) has a membership cap of 300. New memberships are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis when spots are available. There is NO waiting list. Phantom Lake Club expects to have space for new memberships in 2026.

Returning members are those who held a membership in the previous season. All others are considered new members.

Returning members will automatically receive a notification to pay their member dues, there is no need to ‘re-register’. If you did not receive a link, or need assistance, please email: membership@phantomlakeclub.org
New members can apply using the Membership application button.
New membership requests get processed on a first come, first served basis until we reach out membership cap.

PLC is even more fun with friends and family! Phantom Lake Club guest policy:
Members are welcome to bring guests during open swim hours.
Guest fees are $6 /child (2-17 years), $8/adult.
Guest fees are collected, at that time.
All guests, whether swimming in the water or just relaxing on deck are required to pay the guest fee. Exceptions to the rule are nannies or care givers acting in lieu of the parents, when parents are NOT present.
All guests must be accompanied by a member at all times.

For Membership dues, we have the following refund policy:
Initiation fees are non-refundable
Membership dues are non-refundable, the only exception being catastrophic unanticipated change in circumstance (e.g., illness or death in the family, sudden loss of income) prior to season opening or usage of the facility.
To request a refund, the Member submits a written refund request, attesting to reason of exception to clubmanager@phantomlakeclub.org. Refund requests will get reviewed and decided upon by the Board of Directors at the next board meeting (first Tuesday of each month).
For approved refunds the club will withhold the 3% credit card processing fees.

Full memberships as defined in our by-laws, have voting rights and partial owners of the club. to become a full member, you will be required to pay an initiation fee.
Other member categories, e.g. the 2026 Couple membership, is not a full membership and therefore does not require the initiation fee payment.

No, Phantom Lake Club does not pro-rate membership dues.
