Bringing Guests

  • Members are welcome to bring guests to the club during open swim hours.

  • There are currently no blackout dates for guest access.

Guest Fees - Must be paid by Member

  • Children (ages 2–17): $6 per guest

  • Adults (18+): $8 per guest

Parties & Group Gatherings

Small Gatherings (1–6 Guests)

If you are bringing six guests or fewer, no advance reservation is required.

Medium Gatherings (7–19 Guests)

Please register your party in advance through MemberSplash under Reservations. Advance registration helps us manage pool capacity, staffing, and member enjoyment.

Large Gatherings (20+ Guests)

  • Please register your party in advance through MemberSplash.

  • Parties with 20 or more guests using the pool and reserving party space require an additional lifeguard and will incur a fee of $25 per hour to help cover staffing costs and ensure a safe experience for all members and guests.

  • Fees are due when you come in for your party and pay for your guests.

Why Registration Is Required

Advance registration allows the club to:

  • Manage pool capacity and staffing levels

  • Maintain a safe environment for all members and guests

  • Coordinate facility usage

  • Ensure only one party is scheduled at a time

Backyard Cabana Rentals

Cabana Lanes 3 and 4, along with the backyard games located within each lane, are available for private rental, subject to availability.

Pricing

  • $50 per cabana lane for 2 hours

  • $25 for each additional hour

Reservation Information

  • Reserve through MemberSplash under Reservations and then "Backyard Rentals"

  • Cabana Lanes 3 and 4 are reserved separately and if you would like both cabana lanes, both must be reserved

  • Rental fees are non-refundable

Upper Deck Party Table Reservations

The Upper Deck Party Area includes five wooden picnic tables and is available exclusively to members for parties and gatherings.

Reservation Details

  • Complimentary for members

  • Available in 2-hour reservation blocks with a maximum reservation time: 4 hours per day

  • Weekends: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Weekdays: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Reserve through MemberSplash under Reservations and then "Upper Deck Party Tables"

  • Please make reservations under one family member name only

  • Only one party may reserve the Upper Deck Party Area at a time.

Outdoor park -the Backyard- with cornhole game boards, ping pong tables, benches, potted plants, and shaded seating areas surrounded by a fence and trees.

Host Responsibilities

The hosting member or renter is responsible for:

  • Remaining onsite with guests at all times

  • Supervising all children and guests

  • Following all Phantom Lake Club rules and policies

  • Completing all setup and cleanup

  • Disposing of trash to cans and or dumpster and returning the area to its original condition

  • Removing all decorations, supplies, and personal belongings at the conclusion of the event

  • Cleaning supplies and garbage receptacles are available onsite.

Facility Rules

For the safety and enjoyment of all members and guests:

  • No GLASS CONTAINERS are permitted anywhere on club grounds, including the pool deck and backyard areas. This includes condiments and glass tupperwear.

  • Guests must follow all Phantom Lake Club rules and policies.

  • Children must be appropriately supervised at all times.

  • When the pool is closed, minor children must be escorted to and from the restrooms by an adult to prevent unauthorized pool access.

Bocce Court Protection

  • Any damage, misuse, or required repairs resulting from event activities may result in additional charges.

Making a Reservation

  • All party registrations, Upper Deck Party Table reservations, and Backyard Cabana rentals can be completed through MemberSplash under the Reservations section.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your reservation has been completed.

Non-Member Backyard or Pool Rentals

Depending on the season and staffing availability, we may be able to accommodate rentals.
